JONATHAN FORD
Managing Member
Jonathan has extensive Project Management and Construction experience. As a Green Globe Professional and managing member for The Jon Smith Group, Jonathan is very knowledgeable in the construction management industry and provides technical expertise for the Project and Program Management. Jonathan’s knowledge, contract negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage all facets of the construction management will make him an asset to any client. Jonathan has managed construction on all levels; from tier 1 & 2 subcontractor, to general contractor, to the owner of construction projects. The experiences in Jonathan’s career allow The Jon Smith Group to provide support in various management paradigms.
TRENTON KING
Project Director
Trenton’s role as Project Director is critical. From inception to completion Trenton ensures that all of the “pieces to the puzzle” fit. Overseeing Preconstruction budgets, Construction Logistics logic, and Field Management execution, he is required to stay abreast of all of the company’s functions through each project’s completion. With his analytical approach and detailed knowledge of risk management, he assures project success for our clients, and the JSG team through collaboratively assessing EVERY aspect of the projects we touch.
ALSEE RUTLEDGE
General Superintendent
As General Superintendent, Alsee is primarily responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of field operations to ensure successful completion of all projects remain on time and within budget. Alsee manages and maintains all field personnel inclusive of project superintendents, foremen, and laborers. On-site coordination amongst building officials and stakeholder expectations is one of Alsee’s toughest tasks. In his leadership role Alsee lives by the rule of “if there is a will, there is a way.” This can-do attitude makes Alsee a strong leader for successful projects.
